tdSearchStats logs?
 

Winston, where does tdSearchStats place the search terms, in logs? I thought they were going into the table (DB) but don't see them, does tdSearchStats write it's own text logs?

I am wondering this so I know how to clear or "reset" the counts/words if needed, for example, if someone searches for vulgar words (which I stopped some of by using your first mod, told you it was handy!) then all visitors would be able to see these words, because in the long run, I want to make tdSearchStats a visitor feature.

I will add a link to the head of tdsearch for visitors to click on so they can see the searches already done, and use your nifty feature of clicking on that search word to further search! (grin).

It made a tdsearch_logs table in the same database as your search table.

:rolleyes: Thank you AGAIN Winston, you are right, I'm not paying attention here, I'm a little "amped up" here, because of the exciting news here, and because I FINALLY started using some features of POWERMARKS that will tremendously speed up link maintenance! Wow, it's a VERY good morning!
